I enjoy all four of my ROKU devices and TV's but they get a big ZERO when it comes to customer service and support.... you cannot reach anyone who speaks English well or understands it .....the online support options are useless for existing customers and their issues as they only have support for setting up your ROKU not fixing problems when trying to buy channels or losing channels. They need to get more professional if they want this company to grow.
