I have ordered a number of items from Tmart, and even though the items are cheap, it was usually a good deal. However, one item I received was missing the battery cover.
I immediately filed claim.
TMark kept asking for stupid stuff, like pictures. So I thought I had submitted them and waited for a reply, but eventually they closed the claim, so I started it again, and did send photos, and everything that I could and again they waited time and closed the claim. I opened the claim a third time and jumped through their hoops again. They kept delaying, and I kept after them, until eventually they offered me their tmart credits (which only a few can be used at a time on each order). I turned them down. I wanted the battery cover part or a replacement. Then they told me that it was out of warranty.
