I noticed after 3 weeks I did not get my items, so I checked online and it said cancelled... never received an email about this. So I called. The representative told me there was some incorrect info on the credit card, so I asked him why I didn't receive a notification. He cut me off and started giving me an unrelated answer, so I asked more sternly, "why did I not receive a notification that this was cancelled?" he then said "If you raise your voice at me I will hang up". I then said in a somewhat stern voice (definitely controlled and not yelling, "I think you should be a little more nice to someone who is upset about purchasing goods form your store>: he hung up before I finished. Worst service ever.
