I bought two kits for my dogs, after noticing a flea on one of my dogs, i put the meds on my 7 dogs did my yard and sprayed rooms and furniture, washed bedding, etc, and didnt see any results i actually seen a few more then before granted we have strays and neighbors dogs in the area run loose but my dogs stay in my fence unless I'm with them, i wrote *******@cheapfrontlineplus.com that the smell wasn't medicinie like usually and ordered the same stuff from another site, same package label and all, smelled normal and started working in 24 hrs then was told only a refund for unused product, my vet did confirm they are different, i believe i should get a full refund with sending in the one unused kit.
