I just finished Lucy's 8 week program and the results were amazing. Lucy sticks with you like clockwork doing weekly check-ins to keep you on track and monitor your progress, sending you mid-week motivation and being available for you throughout the program. She is very understanding and helps you through tough times, and her passion for healthy living is infectious. I have already convinced another friend to start the next 8 week program, and I will be continuing with Lucy's services as well. I highly recommend you try her program out. It's worth every penny!
