First off, what does a vendor that responds with personal attacks and slanderous comments about a business he does not know say about the character of this person?

Below is the exact content of the emails I sent (which I can produce for anyone as requested), which do not support anything in Jon's response to my review:
I NEVER asked him anything about honoring the incorrect price he quoted (even though that would have been the appropriate thing for an accredited business to do). I asked him to explain why shipping amounts and whatever he was calling the CA service charges (which he verbally referred to as a Canadian service fee... what?) were changing quote to quote on the same quantity of items.
He states he realized the mistake, which he did not, I did and pointed it out to him (which he acknowledged in email).
He states She emailed several times insisting we honor the mistaken pricing. That is a flat out lie as you can see by the email chain below.
He states she wanted to speak with a manager to insist on getting the pricing I had sent in error. Another flat out lie as you can see by the email chain below.

Email chain from last response to first (read in reverse, all personal contact information has been removed) at BBB request I can send attachment of email, not forwarded as we all know that can be manipulated.

Are these numbers arbitrary? How can shipping and service charges be different for the same quantity of items?

Horrible business person running this company. I requested a quote for promotional items in multiple quantities. Jon (apparently the owner) sent me several incorrect quotes where costs per item, shipping costs were changing for the same quantity. When I asked to speak to a manager as I thought I was dealing with an entry level customer service rep who didn't know what they were doing, I got a call from an angry Jon who refused to apologize for his own mistake, and instead started berating me for having the nerve to ask to speak to a manager, and told me he didn't want my business because I would just be another one of his "pain in the $#*!" customers. WOW - don't know if I've ever come into contact with such a level of unprofessional in my 20+ years in marketing - BE WARNED!

Vendors beware! Tiffany is nuts. I made a mistake on her quotation, corrected it, resent and apologized.
She first returned the pricing with the incorrect quote and asked if that one was correct, after I had told her it was not. Then she wanted to speak to a manager, to get them to honor the incorrect pricing.
I wish I had not made the mistake on the initial quote, but I did. Now Tiff is going

The quotation that was sent with the incorrect pricing and corrected within 20 minutes. Note, they never paid us a dime, yet are posting false reviews in an effort to tarnish our reputation
Use great caution if selling products or service to this person, asm or A-S Medication Solutions. I strongly urge vendors to think twice before working with them

So, I am working on a project to have USB's created for our company. I have contacted several companies for quotes. USB Promos (namely someone named Chris who answers their sales inquiries) provided me with an initial quote and I waited for all of the samples to arrive before delving further into pricing. Once received, and I had all of the quotes, I ASKED the question if they would match some of their competitors pricing. I was also waiting for an updated quote from them as we changed the style of USB we were going to be using. Not only did he refuse to send another quote for the update styles we were interested in, but basically refused our business altogether for asking the question. The e-mail I received said only the following, "We aren't going to match these prices. I appreciate your inquiry and hope you have a good experience with whichever company you move forward with."

WOW - never in my 20 years of doing this have I experienced such horrific customer service in trying to give someone my business. Their product might be good (definitely not the only ones), but why would anyone want to do business with someone who acts like it's a chore to provide you with the services they are offering. I thought the purpose of running a company like this was to get business... especially potentially large business... call me crazy.

So, if you like to be treated like you don't matter, like your business doesn't matter, then by all means request a quote from these guys. If you, like me, actually like having vendors that treat you like they WANT your business then keep looking!
