I was really excited when I found a jiu jitsu shirt and ordered it for my bf. I opened the package and was so disappointed in the graphics. The writing was a different color and blurry. It looked nothing like what was shown online. I paid 19.99 for the shirt and 4.99 for shipping.
I contacted customer service through the email provided and told them about product. They told me that they print thousands of shirts and sometimes a shirt gets sent out that shouldn't have and would I like the product replaced. I said yes but I shouldn't have to pay shipping to return defective merchandise and have a new item sent. I didn't order the wrong size so I shouldn't to pay for their mistake since they have noone working quality control.
I sent them an email of the product I received and never heard back from customer service.
