I called in and spoke to the customer service department who said they would refund my postage to send the items back that I was returning. I had to include my receipt from my postage which I did. Now they are saying they will not refund my postage and took off over $30 from my original return for fees and shipping. I have been told twice it would be refunded and now they are saying they will not
