I was totally mad at Affordable Paper today. I have been a loyal customer of this website for more than 3 years. Their service used to be great and high quality. But now I am so disappointed with the way how they treat the customer. I placed an order for a lab report about nutrition. It is a simple report which required only 1 page, and I also provide all the resources and information for the paper. I even gave them the sample paper to make it easy for them to work on. I ordered on 5/28/2021 and up to now 5/1/2021, they still can not find a writer for me. I tried to talk to a live agent. He is an unprofessional staff. When I asked him about my order, he told me they are trying to find a writer. I told him that I am worrying since my order has only 1 day left, and I asked him what if he can not find a writer? Instead of comforting me, he said " we will let you know if we can not find anyone". Does it mean that if they can not find a writer then I have to find a solution myself? And it is not their business? Then what is their service for? How can they respond like that? It will be too late for me to find another solution now since I am running out of time. I came to their service to find someone to help me with my paper and then they got my money without doing it? They did not give me a proper solution at all that really really upset me. CAN ANYONE ACCEPT THIS? They are absolutely irresponsible. Later on, the live agent said they will look for a writer asap but I might have to pay extra. I really could not remain calm until then because I already paid extra for the rushing order as well as the top writer. DO THEY REALLY ASK ME TO PAY MORE? WHY DO THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT? I AM THINKING I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AT AFFORDABLE PAPER AFTER 3 YEARS BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEM. TOO DISAPOINTED.

It happens sometimes that none of our contractors are willing to accept the assignment. All we can do in such cases is to get in touch with one writer after another to see if they can help. We understand that it looks bad, and usually, customers are warned ahead of the deadline so that they could decide if to continue this search or complete the order on their own.
