WAYCAP: Davide De Ruvo, Principal owner of WAYCAP.COM, Matteo and Matteo

I want my refund of $185.33 CAD. Refusing to provide me with a full refund to your product that does NOT work is against all policy. What you are doing to your image as a principal owner, your companys brand and to a consumer is horrible. You are representing Waycap.com as an unethical business. I want to end my constant request for you to refund my money immediately. As a consumer, I should not have to send endless emails requesting for my refund. This is unacceptable. As a customer, you have blocked me from contacting you on Facebook, my many emails to you have been ignored and you do not have a telephone number posted on your website so that you can be contacted. As an entrepreneur and principal owner of Waycap.com, do you believe this is the correct approach you should take with your customers? Place yourself in my position. How would you feel if this was all done to you? By taking these actions, you are not representing your company and personal brand positively. I am confident in saying that your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, the Crowd Funding Center campaigns, customers, distributors, suppliers, key (Amazon)/independent accounts and Stripe payment processor, would NOT accept this type of service or treatment you have displayed to me, the customer. No reputable organization would tolerated this and simply choose not to work with you or have any affiliation with your business. I have provided you with all the receipts and proof for the FedEx return charges for your product as per your request. As an entrepreneur, the worst action one can take with a customer is with hold a charge back that is owned, and secondly, ignore a consumer. Davide De Ruvo, as you know, I am owned this refund. You have misrepresented, made false claims on your website and arbitrary denied to grant my full refund. This is unacceptable by any business. This is considered theft! Please confirm that a refund of $185.33 CAD has been processed and returned to my credit card. The date now is March 5,2018.

To all customers: BUYER BEWARE! The product does not work as per their claims. They have misrepresented and made false claims about the product. They will not grant you a full refund.
