Had purchased several quads over last few years, you definitely need to be hands on with tools, most recent quad built for this xmas would not start, and managed to break the start pull spring, on checking, the fuel line just at carb end had a 90 degree kink this was enough to cut fuel completely, once rectified starts and runs easily, if you have a none runner, worth a wee look before making a complaint.
