Terrible customer service experience. I tried to return 2 items. Decaffeinated coffee (to exchange for regular), and a 12 pack of Seltzers purchased in error. I was informed that they were not giving refunds or doing exchanges due to Coronavirus concerns. I asked if they discard the tens of thousands of items picked up by customers and returned to the shelf? I don't think so. How about items a customer may cough or sneeze on? No way again. Wouldn't profit off that policy! What a pathetic policy! Cost them a customer here and I hope many more!
