I was able to locate a replacement frame for a recently update eye prescription that no one else could obtain for me. The price was acceptable, that being said, their ordering system needs to become more user friendly, along with the "automated followup aspect of it.

The only way I could obtain order status was through the inside customer service dept., and it was difficult but not impossible to get.

Would I order again, yes but I would selective in what I order.
