Placed an online order on 11-18-18. Order was confirmed by Zoro and Paypal. On 11-19-18 I received an email stating the item was no longer available. They recommended a similar item at twice the price. You have got to be kidding! I called customer service and explained the issue. They repeated that the item was unavailable. I went online while I was still online and placed 4 of these same items in my cart which showed them as still available. And they wonder why Amazon is eating their lunch. They are truly pathetic.
