I have been trying to resolve this for 4 month. This company Overhead Garage Door LLC is not going to do anything. I have three text messages and a BBB message saying they are going to give me a full refund. They installed a Garage door in my home so poorly that the Manufacturer had to void the warranty and send me a new door They damaged my home used old parts and left off critical bracing. They are not a credible company that's why they are not accredited by the BBB and are not listed on the door manufactures Web sight as a preferred installer. I recommend you check out the Door Manufacturer Web sight and use one of their listed preferred installer. Overhead Garage Door LLC Athens TX ripped me off for $1,114 don't let this happen to you.
