Hodo Soy makes high quality organic, hand made tofu. Hodo's product are really delicious and the company is great too. The only problem with Hodo is you can't buy small amounts of tofu (or any of their soy products) online, so if there isn't a store near you that carries it, it's really hard to get a hold of Hodo unless you're willing to buy one of their $150+ sampler packages. But overall, Hodo is great.

Wedderspoon is a great place to buy high quality manuka honey. They don't process the honey at all and it tastes great. The company is run by really friendly and helpful people so if you need anything you can just give them a call and they'll help. I've been ordering from Wedderspoon for a while and have always been happy with the product. You can order directly on their website or you can order on Amazon.
