First off, the software download had a virus in it, as detected by WEBROOT. Luckily, Webroot quarantined the software so that there was no collateral damage. Then the license key does not work. Says that the key came from a non iMobie website, even though the key came from an email sent by iMobie. I open a ticket but no response. Then i request a refund, but you can't do that unless you close the ticket. But the issue is not resolved and nobody will work on it if i close the ticket.
