I placed an item in cart b4 a weekend, but needed to inquire about shipping speed b4 buying. No response until a very nice woman called me following Wednesday. She said she would honor expired sale price + another 15% off, AND promised delivery in one to 2 days b4 we went on vacation (as the shoes were for our trip). How could I not order? So I did. No delivery next 3 days. Sent email indicating the day b4 we left if shoes were not delivered I'd return, BUT left a voice message next day saying regardless if they didn't arrive on time I'd still consider keeping them bc of the nice savings. This 'nice' woman then abruptly notified UPS to stop delivery and return to them. Why? I don't know. Why wouldn't she simply let them arrive and after our return I'd at least try them, and if satisfactory, they would have had a customer. But, no, she decided to do the arrogant thing and cancel the transaction without even asking me either way. This is NOT quality customer care. I thought I was dealing with a super nice person and company but it turns out they've got serious customer care quality issues and should learn how to treat potential customers. I strongly suggest finding any other shoe store to buy from online. Otherwise you may be treated unfairly under the guise of BS reps making promises they cannot keep or honor. BEWARE!
