Customer Service... The customer is caught between and rock & a hard place. They give you a phone number but will never connect you to a real person "NEVER"! You go in circles with this virtual nobody. If you need to return something you get "NO CASH BACK"! What you do get is their WISH cash which is a credited to your account to buy more on WISH. What a racket!: ( "STAY AWAY FROM WISH.COM"! You have been warned!

I feel a little deceived. I got an email from EYEBUY DIRECT stating I was eligible for a BOGO free. I clicked on the USE CODE: FOCUSBOGO & ENJOY BOGO buttons and at checkout I was told I was not eligible for BOGO. Please advise.
