Please have i been scammed by your company? I paid online but cant access the site any longer. You demanded for my id cards, which i have available but cant send message to you, why? Account Suspended - Pending on Payment Verification
In order to prevent fraudulent payments on our websites, our billing department reviews certain transactions. Unfortunately, for some transactions we require additional verification to prove that the person making the transaction is authorized to do so.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: we request that you fax or email us proof that you are in possession of your credit card.

To do this, please send us a fax or scanned copy of your credit card (front and back) or your card statement AND a copy of your government issued photo ID to the following international number:

+ 61 7 3103 4000 (NOTE: replace + with the international access code in your country). You may alternatively scan and email these documents.

We must clearly see your name, the expiry date and the first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers on the front of your card. You should censor the middle digits on the front of the card and the CCV (the last 3 digits) on the back of the card for your protection. If sending your card statement we must clearly see the name and billing address, you should censor the transaction details.

Remember to also include the following details:

- Member ID or email address

- Site Name

If you used another person's credit card to make your payment, you must ALSO include a signed letter of authorization from the card holder, stating that you are authorized to use their card for your payment.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS: we request that you fax or email us a copy of your photo ID that matches the name on your PayPal account.

To do this, please send us a fax or scanned copy of your government issued photo ID to the following international number:

Remember to also include the following details:

- Member ID or email address

- Site Name

If you used another person's PayPal account to make your payment, you must ALSO include a signed letter of authorization from the account holder, stating that you are authorized to use their account for your payment.

Please note that you will only be required to verify your payment once. However if you use a different credit card or PayPal account in future, our system may require verification for some transactions.

Once we receive your verification, we will confirm that your verification is acceptable and begin your membership. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, however we have been forced to introduce additional verification steps due to payment from some of our members.

If you do not wish to do this, please advise us and we will cancel your membership and issue a full refund to your account. We also offer alternative payment methods such as Check, Money Order, Cash, Online Bank Transfer, etc. Please contact us if you wish to use or need help using one of these payment methods.
