First and last time I will purchase from FashionNova. I ordered two pair of jeans $19.99 each, paid via PayPal, everything was perfect. My items shipped and were delivered. Low & behold, I'm missing a pair of pants.
After e-mailing them about the issue, they issued me a store credit. I'm like okay... cool... I'll buy another pair for the same price... no biggie. Psshhhh I THOUGHT... They were going to make me pay shipping twice for their mistake & I e-mailed Natalie (FashionNova rep) and asked her "Why am I paying shipping twice for your mistake... she sends me a free shipping code. && I still ended up paying ~$4 (taxes) out of pocket when I should not have paid anything. If you do the math, I ended up paying taxes twice FOR THEIR MISTAKE and I understand $4 isn't that big of a deal... but if these people do that for 100 people... realize they can profit $400 just by their business practice.
It's shady that they don't even refund you your money instead they issue you a store credit. Like NO! If an item says in stock on your website, and you later find out it's not, that on YOU! Don't give me a store credit, give me my money back!
