Thanks for taking the time to share your review! It sounds like you may be referring to the test charge that we do when a customer starts the 7-Day Free Trial. It requires a credit card to start the Trial, we do a test authorization charge to ensure the card is legitimate. Once the charge goes through it is immediately voided out and we do not collect this.
