I normally don't take the time to write a review but felt inclined to this time. I ordered a jacket that was too small for me and returned it with no problem. There was a hiccup with the total amount returned but Chris who took my call immediately corrected it. Chris was very professional and helpful in resolving my matter. Thanks, Chris and Steep & Cheap.
