Scam! Attached is the transcript of the conversation I had with customer service about whether or not my product was shipped. On the website for my status it stated payment not processed yet 2 seconds after I hit the submit button, the money was deducted from my account. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this website it is a scam, too bad I did not realize until I made the order.

I'm not sure how this works but i am letting you know that since no one at your "company" seems to know where the product is and whether or not you have product. I have disputed this transaction with my bank, who will refund the money to my account
