After all the mess with my order and my communication with zaful customer service and all of a sudden I got a refund of the WHOLE AMOUNT I had spent on my order, although an issue had occurred with only one of the items! Zaful does really try to keep everyone satisfied.

Had ordered three items. One of them was sent in size small while I had ordered a large. They refuse it is their fault while I have all the evidence. The other ones were correct size but quality not good. I had reviewed them on their site but they never posted my comments. They censor our reviews before posting them, which makes sense. The problem is they keep all the good ones and post just a small amount of the bad ones just to make it seem a bit more veritable! So they basically deceive us.

The best ever! I've been ordering from asos for ages and it has never disappointed me. Even if i do not like sth I just send it back. And the returns policy makes all the difference <3

I ordered two coats. Same size (12-40). One was too small for me, the other one too big! :/ Not to mention the colours were quite different from the ones in the pictures. I ended up wasting a lot of money for the shipping ( especially to send them back, bc of the weight) It is not worth it at all! They should be more accurate in describing and sizing!
