This has by far been the worst shopping experience of my life! We ordered a "white distressed" wall unit from One Stop Furniture that came from Ashley Furniture. We had to wait MANY weeks to receive our merchandise after SEVERAL broken promises of delivery dates. When we FINALLY received it, it not only was not white, but antique white and rather"used" looking It appeared to have been on a showroom floor. Some corners were crushed on one particular piece, the seams were not completely sealed together, and the delivery crew pointed out other workmanship errors I never would have even noticed. After refusing delivery, I spoke with Andrew from One Stop Furniture, only to be told that they could not offer us a refund, rather, what we would receive is a charge for a restocking fee! He said we can't take it back due to the workmanship because it is not supposed to be high high-end furniture. My issue, however, lied with the fact that the unit and the doors were supposed to be the same color along with the same distressed look. Apparently, doors on the cabinet were white, not distressed, whereas the unit was antique white and distressed. Nowhere in the description did it say that. It was our mistake for ordering something from an online site that was supposedly a reputable furniture Company, but to our unfortunate surprise, we did not. Not okay to offer subpar merchandise, unpredictable delivery times and horrible customer service. That is three strikes! #dobetteronestopfurniture! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!
