I've tried multiple avenues to contact this company for my order that was placed. I paid EXTRA to have it shipped to me by the 7th of February and it's still saying processing. Their online page no longer allows you to send emails for customer help and you sit on hold for way too long. This was my first order and I thought it was going to be a great product. I'll stick to going to a regular store. Now I just want someone to contact me so I can cancel this order.

We were able to look into your account and we are very sorry to see that your order has been processing for a long period of time. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of being processed. We do acknowledge that this is simply unacceptable.
We deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you and rest assured that we are constantly trying to find new ways of improving both our shipping methods and the quality of the customer service provided.

Unfortunately, we recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.

Furthermore, we are very happy to see that you have been in contact with our customer relationship specialists and you were provided a resolution for this unfortunate situation
