Zero stars rating. This company is a scam. This company rips me off. I mailed by books to them and never got paid. Tracking numbers shows delivered, but not scanned. I wrote them and they gave a excuse that it takes 7 days to processed. It was already delivered. I reported them to BBB.

I used other buyback companies by media mail and got paid my money week later without problems.

Credit card interest is is too high. They don't even lower apr, when asked. High interest ruin credit report. Worst credit card and regret signing up for it. Worst customer service.

Microsfot office ask for your email to use microsoft office. Other office apps never ask for that information. Seems fishy that microsoft wants your email to use their services. Information doesn't seem safeguard with their constant junk mail. Their outlook is garbage, if you have to go out of town. Email doesn't work, if you are out of area.

Customer service is non-existent for newspaper delivery problems. Newspaper never deliver paper on the porch. It was noted many times to deliver on porch and never one driveway. Paper was wet. Calls take over near hour. They take money out of account. Don't give them your bank account. Use a prepaid credit card or get newspaper from store. Phone number sucked, because of dialing options changed. Back then, they have dialing options to help report delivery problems. Now all calls are done by operators instead of number options.

Don't bother sending a email to cancel, because they require you to call them,
Never again will subscribe to their newspaper service.

I used to sell books for buybacks. I always got paid selling stuff monthly. When I tried to sell book for buyback, they stated account was suspend. I never got email or nothing. They suspend my account for no reason. Waste of time. I'll go elsewhere where my business is better appreciated.

Anthem d is the worst insurance. Walgreens won't cover medicines with Anthem that I have to pay out of pocket. I had a bill for doctors for lab work that this joke insurance won't cover. Can't wait to get off this worst insurance. Once enrollment comes up, I'm signing up for different insurance. Thanks for nothing and taking my money for stuff that they can't cover. Useless insurance, If I have to keep paying out of pocket. It doesn't save hardly anything on services.

Customer service mislead me that I would qualify for lower interest credit card. Instead I have been charged high interest rate on purchase and balance rates. Ridiculous. Can't wait to get rid of credit card payment and shred up all credit cards. Credit cards are a waste.

They called too many times over student loans. I had Fedloans. Fedloans never called over stupid student loans. Nelnet won't stop calling, even they call when you block the numbers. Its stupid Fedloans transfer crap to Nelnet. Nelnet harasses me too much. Report them to do not call list and FTc for harassment.

Recruiter play mind games sending email for interview invites. As soon as I click interview invites, no dates available. They gave me a number to call. Number have holds. They worst at calling back. I deleted all future email from them. Its a waste of time. Recruiters don't even communicate or correspond.

I had paid online every month for payments. This stinky month shows no money withdrawn from my account after making the payment week online. Sucks they didn't correct this. Refinance my auto loan elsewhere. Garbage service they provide.

Cable fade in and out on signals with updated Fios setup boxes. Its annoying tv fios mini reset box message pop up many times every 5 minutes, while TV show is on. Cable signals are trash that I had to turn off the tv. Service is trash the moment fios updated to worthless mini cable boxes with problems.

Better off with internet instead without worthless cable and go elsewhere for streaming. Over priced for cable services that works like trashy satellite service. Do better with service to make sure we are getting money's worth. Looking for service elsewhere.

Constant update messages is worthless. When its updated, browser shuts down. It cause pc to run much memory and fan running. Media doesn't play well. Garbage browser that is a waste of time that doesn't improve much.
