After 2 weeks of no local responses, as stated as a preference in my profile, I decided to cancel automatic payment. You can't do it online and have to call. I did that and was told that automatic billing was ended however never got an email confirmation. Called again and was told that my account was active and I got an extra week of membership. I literally had to scream cancel my membership, because the woman kept trying to talk me out of it. Finally I was successful.
