The product pricing seems reasonable, but for a product that weighs 4 ounces the first shipping option should not be $19. Anything that weighs under one pound can be shipped in a poly mailer/paper envelope for $4-6 anywhere in the country via first class. I ended up upgrading my order to a 1 pound package so I could at least justify the $8 Priority flat rate shipping. I ship for a living across the country and have never come across such exorbitant fees- I hope this is a glitch in your system.
I was looking for a direct to consumer source for a specific product. Most big box companies sell fraudulent products and I was hoping to find a smaller and legitimate company.
