I bought five 5-gallon Boston Ivy last summer with a warranty. They stand behind their warranty and were going to issue me a credit so I could re-order them after I sent photos in. The credit never came and now they do not have any more so I have a credit that is worthless and am out $500 plus tax and shipping. I will file a dispute with VISA but I am not putting my landscape trellis project on hold for another year after already missing out on getting then established last year also. I will buy elsewhere and take steps legally to get my money back. No refunds well that is great I have no use for anything else except what I paid for. Stay away!
We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Our 1 year warranty covers the cost of what you paid for the plant only. Unfortunately we're at the mercy of Mother Nature when it comes to what we have available, but we have reached out with some other options to replace your plants!
