I bought five 5-gallon Boston Ivy last summer with a warranty. They stand behind their warranty and were going to issue me a credit so I could re-order them after I sent photos in. The credit never came and now they do not have any more so I have a credit that is worthless and am out $500 plus tax and shipping. I will file a dispute with VISA but I am not putting my landscape trellis project on hold for another year after already missing out on getting then established last year also. I will buy elsewhere and take steps legally to get my money back. No refunds well that is great I have no use for anything else except what I paid for. Stay away!

Avoid FastGrowingTrees.com warranty is worthless and full of excuses they are not a reputable company.

I bought 5 5-gallon Boston Ivy late last summer, they all dies imediately and I was told by Fast Growing Trees to see if they will establish over the winter and see how they are doing in the spring. They were dead. I was told they would issue me a credit to re-order after sending photos in and jumping through many hoops. They sold me when she hung up she would send me a email with my credit. It never came and so when I called them today to try and get it they are out of Boston Ivy until they can grow some more which means not only did I lose last year but this year as their warranty is only for replacements no refunds.
Could not be more helpful or give better advice. 5 Stars all the way! I have used B&H as a source for all my equipment which is considerable and find them to be the best to deal with by far. Very knowledgeable when it comes to advice and product help.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Our 1 year warranty covers the cost of what you paid for the plant only. Unfortunately we're at the mercy of Mother Nature when it comes to what we have available, but we have reached out with some other options to replace your plants!
