First off I had to wait for employees to get to work. Then the "gentleman" helping me actually hung up on me. Seeing these signs with my father I would say the technician was recovering from the evening before.
Very, very rude. Then they kept wanting to add on to the original fee. $20 for this and $50 for that. They never did help!

You can request a phone call for an additional fee, with the added benefit that the issue may be able to be resolved even faster. Our Customer Care team members are not technicians and are not able to help troubleshoot issues, and can only assist with account issues.
