This company needs to be investigated. It needs to be reported to the better business bureau. They are literally stealing money from people. I ordered an item it says shipped all the information attached regarding the shipment is bogus. Never ever ever order from this company
Tools are great. I am a very loyal to the brand. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call corporate on a issue with a power washer and the employee treated me like she was doing me a favor just answering the phone. You have lost a loyal customer.
