Very disappointed. Sent me the wrong part that obviously would not fit, and refused to exchange or refund. Talked to four different customer service representatives. Was on hold forever until was hung up on. Now stuck with a useless part and out the money. They do NOT strive on customer service. Go somewhere else. Only selected a 1 rating because a 0 was not an option

Thank you for posting this feedback. I am sorry to know, that you were unable to return the product, that did not fit your vehicle. We do not take installed, modified or custom made items. In most cases the items that are out of 30-day return period cannot be returned. If you are still within 30 days and the product is rand new and not custom made, please provide me with your order number. I will do my best to help you to return the item.
