Horrible customer service. Liars, and they took my money and could care less. Conversations after being on hold for 1 hr first time and 25 min the second time and they all but tell you they cant help you. Cant return item, cant take it to store, cant exchange it and were not refunding your money... too bad for you, have a great night, bye!
