In March I placed an order for a part. When it arrived, the wrong item had been shipped. Two and half months and eight phone calls of excuses and unfulfilled assurances have netted the following results. I was unable to ever get the correct part. I was asked to ship the wrong part back at my expense. June 1, I finally have a credit for the original part, but they refuse to credit my shipping expense because the system doesn't accomodate it, even though they have indicated all along that they would. I remained patient until now they have refused to connect me to a manager to get the necessary assistance or even give me a name. What reputable company does that?
