No More Doesn't deserve a one star rating but this site won't let me give them the faw-q rating they deserve. On Nov 18,2012 I ordered and paid for a leg massager from No more Rack.com Their supplier sent me a laundry steamer instead of the leg massager. I contacted No More Rack the day I found the steamer on my front porch. They said they would send me the leg massager and I was to send them the steamer. Then I got an email from someone named Al telling me I was not getting the leg massager but would get store credit for it instead because the leg massager is now out of stock. I have been fighting with them since November trying to get my money back. Paypal let me down because I failed to send the tracking number within the specified time. I never got that email request in time and I had no way to reach either company. I have all of the documentation to prove I have sent the steamer back and it has been received by their NYC office. Pay pal keeps promising to refund my money but all they've done so far is close my case twice now and refuse to refund my money. I have done everything I was asked to do outside of being late with the USPS tracking number. I am on the verge of tears now from all of this stress and frustration. I was also given 4 different return addresses for this company and one of them turned out to be a vacant building in Vancouver, BC. I looked the address up on google earth. Paypal has one address. Their Customer service gave me a second and third address and I used the address listed on their contact us page of their website to return the steamer.
It has been more than two months and I am still not getting my money back. So I filed a complaint against them with the federal trade commission. I have had it with these crooks.
If you people want your money back I suggest you visit the FTC.gov website at http://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?lang=en to file a complaint and get this company shut down. If they want a war lets give them one.
