I like some of the team. Stage names like Magic man, and General perception were helpful. But when it came to my personal interest. I seem to get the runaround. Did not answer emails directly. Not very professional. Promised things but did not deliver. Made appointments but did not keep. Lost my personal information after finally getting some kind of interview. Not quite the Dream Maker

PSmith was a Game Changer and so was Mr SOX but when interviewd customer service claimed that they were interested and wrote me to set up an appointment. The person missed the appointment and wrote me apologizing, trying to set up another appointment. But never followed up on promise. I wrote several times and did not get an answer. Come back when you get your act together..

It would be the best company out there if they did not have so much trouble getting it together. They seem to care about negativity most of the time but have also had trouble what seems to be money issues or karma issues. How can any employee do a good job or be dedicated when they are afraid they won't get paid. This is the only company I ever seen with such problems or practices... scammers or broke not sure which. Not very smart. They keep changing there minds back and forth about how they want to do things. You can not please everyone folks. I hope they do get it together because it is nice knowing the psychics I have talked too. They seem to be accurate and not spread all over the place. Trust worthy Site if it was not for the technical problems and there inability to stick to a plan. Too wishy washy. Too hot and cold. Sometimes I have been ignored by customer service but not always. Hear are a list of psychics I talked too and they all seem to be credible with the things they were saying., General perception, Expert Zee, Dream Maker, SOX. They were all Game Changers... but the thing is any good employee or psychic would move on or something if they were not being paid properly or if they had to worry about it all the time..

Dwayne, Spencer, Divine Reedings a Very good selection, Nice easy to understand platform, But I tried several times to contact customer service and they never answered. Not very professional, Great readers but customer service is lacking. Lucky for me I have found some of the same great psychics at other sites.

  • Psychics Needed

They claim to be hiring many psychics and they can interview many people. Some of the ones they supposedly like an accept are put on a waiting list while they continue to interview and screen other psychics. Maybe they are looking for ways to say we really do not like you or you are not one of our better readers. I don't know... The screening or testing is not done by a professional who is testing ESP scores but by those who are basing their opinion on other things. This company is wishy washy not as straightforward as I would like. Maybe they are just trying to be nice about it when they are really not interested. Well so am I.

  • Dollar General

Dollar general in East Lawrence Al, I think it was caddo or something like that. I could hear management talking about other employees and how they were going to fix some kind of shortage or refund. Spreading the shortages among different cashiers making each cashier a few dollars short. It led me to believe that they were looking for escape goats for there shortages and for there money problems. Shady to say the least. It is sad for a customer to hear these kinds of things when shopping. I will admit that they did not see me and I was listening. I guess they can find a certain worker and blame them for everything. It is appalling how this Dollar General treats there employees. It does not seem fair for an employee to have to take the blunt for someone. S else, s mistake and in some cases get fired for it.
I could hear them commenting about one's performance... I was a manager and when I found that an employee was not good at something I would move them around to other departments. I would wonder if it was personal. I certainly would not be talking about them to other employees. That is unethical especially if a manager or the ones in charge are amused by someone's else's failures. This dollar general should at least be careful when talking of confidential issues or how they are going to take money from other cashiers. What would the management do if someone treated them like that. They do not seem to have the morals or the ethics necessary to run a business. That's hypocritical sweety!

  • Psychics For Hire

They seem to have familiar faces on their site. I have seen many of these psychics just as well on other networks, but when I tried to make contact, I never got an answer. I tried several more times and no one responded. I am not going to beg someone for their services but it would be nice to get the same respect that they would be expecting from me if they were to call or write me... Too much work Not my cup of tea.

Not exactly what I was looking for. Seems to be too complcated and too much of an effort. It would be easier just to use someone else. Maybe in a few months they can improve their service and update their site. They seem to be behind the times. Not quite the Dream Maker I was hoping to find. Authentic psychic Sox were good and so was Barracuda and realist but I would rather talk to them at another site.
I have also noticed when a psychic is tested that some are not asked the hard questions that others are asked. In other words the questions can depend on the person's mood when screening a psychic. A credible test should take time and should have the same basic questions for everyone. Sorta like a true ESP examination. A person should be qualified to test and screen a psychic reader and the questions asked should apply to everyone. I do find this to be true with most sites. Many screen their psychics but there decisions can be based on how well they like a person or if they think they can make money off of a person. It should be done by a professional who has the ability to make a true ESP examination.

Dear Dalya, I see that this review was made in 2016 and fortunately it no longer reflects the website's performance, content, or service today in any way. We are under new management and our rules and policies have also been updated to be more customer centric. Please reach out so that we may offer you a far better experience today than you have had in the past. We look forward to hearing from you!

Many of the better readers seem to be on this site. A collection of those who won. T be run off or stopped. I would rate these as one of the best. Just wished that I had more time to talk with some of them. To be fair I have not tried all of them but so far so good.
Thanks

  • Keen.com

Many times I would find myself talking to a person under a different name and account. I thought a particular person had a good general perception not realizing that I talked to that person before. I realized later that the person was also?. You could end up talking to the same person 5 or 6 times and not even know it.
Some of the advisers I thought were credible and qualified disappeared. Lucky for me I did find many of the ones I considered reliable at other networks. Keen is the most confusing hypocritical site I have ever seen... Keen just can't be trusted. Very confusing. You never know who you will be talking too...

Keen launched a campaign stating that they were going to terminate some of their undesirables. Keen allows advisers to set up multiple accounts and makes it easy for an adviser to manufacture their own feedback. Keen will even send coupons in a sense paying for it. With such practices why all of a sudden does keen decide to investigate. Many times the Ingenio office can be just as shady and will use the same tactics. Having friends or relatives who are psychics that they look after. Ultimately the rules do not apply to everyone.
Sometimes experienced advisers will manufacture ways to get other advisers investigated. Manipulating the system., Their are many groups on Keen,, Husband and wife teams, relatives ETC.
Anyone can manufacture feedback on themselves through various means, They can even engineer feedback on this page... Too many times the feedback is not credible. As a realist I will also state that some of the negative feedback can also be from a disgruntled worker. Feedback you read good or bad may not always be legitimate. Sometimes feedback is used to advertise one's own ability or company.

If everyone has a monopoly on a particular web site and you don, t it is fair to say that you won't get some of the advantages. Just as well if everyone has multiple accounts and you only have one or two... go figure... I don't blame the psychic but the sites who allow or refuse to set limits to some of these practices. Because if one does not find a way to manipulate the system or to have someone look after them. Then naturally they will have less of an advantage. Possibly paying big bucks to be on the preferred featured pages. If you pay to be featured it is deducted from your account every time someone who qualifies opens your page. Costing you the fees associated with being featured. This means that someone who has opened several accounts under different names can engineer their identity in a certain way that it would cost you every time they opened or clicked on your page. Since keen decided to fire or kick so many off... there are many disgruntled workers, contractors as such. There are also many disgruntled customers who were kicked off... This makes the Keen platform unsafe and unreliable. Not quite the game changer.

A disgruntled worker who is manipulating the system will sometimes look for ways to knock you off the desired pages especially if you are new. Usually this is done by a person purposely calling with the intentions of leaving negative feedback... It is usually done by one using a undetected alternate account. There are many ways of being undetected... using a different computer, credit card and phone number or simply having a friend who you can pay or persuade to help your cause.
Some of these things are against the rules in the Keen member agreement but they don't work very hard to just simply prevent it... It seems to be more of a way to protect themselves from lawsuits and to claim innocence. Frequently I would find that some advisers are well liked and the rules don't apply to them while others are never really given a chance... Often it is found that a person has been breaking the rules for several years before finally being investigated. Keen sometimes may decide that they no longer like a particular psychic. While others seem to do whatever they want and continue to do so.New owners of keen often come in and decide that they are going to change things but they frequently are not fully aware of all the things going on and can be manipulated. It is suspected by many that some of the same advisers continue to run the show... There are times when a disgruntled adviser feeling like they are being bullied will go after an innocent party blaming the wrong ones for their misfortune. Thus creating even more negativity and chaos. Keen has been known for their abundance of negativity and chaos.
Some advisers are simply more sensitive to negative reviews and can take it out on others. That is in effect is more money for Keen since it cost money anytime one wants to leave feedback at keen. Many of these issues would be solved if keen would simply learn to test and screen their advisers. However screening needs to be done by a professional who has a background in ESP testing. Many sites who do test their readers are not really qualified for testing and many times they are just hiring someone from off the streets to test the psychics. It would also help the negativity and fighting issues among advisers if they did not publish negative reviews. Many times advisers will attack other advisers in a attempt to manipulate the system by leaving negative reviews on other Psychics. This would stop if the negative reviews were not published. It would also help in dissolving some of the abusive members of Keen.
Many have used the feedback system to advertise themselves in these processes.

Most sites will also warn the adviser and let them know if they are unhappy with their performance or at least tell them if they need to change certain things such as their profile or picture. Unlike Keen who will often kick someone off without warning or explanation. Even after years of service. This is mentioned in their member agreement. You take a chance with keen and you never know how long you will be a member. You may sign on one day and find that your accounts have been disabled. However keen in not the only site that has this policy of disabling an adviser's or a customer's account without notice or warning!

Many sites have the best ratings. However employees, management, Advisers, anyone can self engineer feedback. I would question anyone who has a near perfect rating... because it can be easily self manufactured. If anything by the advisers who works for these companies. I would trust sites who have had negative ratings rather than one who is nearly perfect in ratings. The same with a psychic... I would stay away from any psychic who has a near perfect score. Especially if every review is a paragraph long. When most legitimate feedback reviews are short and quick with an occasional low rating.

Please keep this in mind! That this article was written as true at the time I first noted them but the issues might have since changed. Keen might just as well consider the need to change some of their policies and address some of their vulnerabilities. Which is what we would personally like to see... However it does not compensate anyone for lost wages or damages because of these issues.
There are many other companies affiliated with keen,, That use keen as their platform, some paying an adviser as low as 20 cents a minute. CircleofStars and OneSun are an example. Many would think that they are working for a different company besides keen and they are not. They find themselves either with a sister company of keen or one who uses keen as their platform to unsuspecting advisers. Some would quit some of these companies like circleofstars and would work directly for keen and would find themselves In a very suspicious position dealing with suspicious negativity. Ingenio is the mother company or at least has much say so about payroll and engineering. Different companies have bought keen and re-sold it.At&t, Verizon, who knows of tomorrow..

Tip for consumers:
Pay attention and be careful as you never know who you will be talking too.You think someone is picking up well just to find out they have already talked to you.
