When trying to pay with various credit cards (2), the order kept giving me payment failure without explaining why/what. Called the bank, Google was putting a temp hold and then refunding...called the company and it was explained they only took VISA and MC, which is fine, but there was attitude. I was told it is "mentioned on the website," which it is, if you scroll all the way down the payment page...but not user friendly, or customer "friendly." Maybe because it is the end of the workday, but he left a bad taste in my mouth. Good prices aren't the only considerations when you are spending a decent chunk of money. A simple, polite explanation is preferred over being made to feel like I'm the idiot for not scrolling down to the bottom of a check out page to see if they take a Discover or Care Credit.
