Please do not order anything from this very dishonest worst kind of company I've ever seen for online shopping in my life. I placed an order 3 weeks ago paid for it and was told it be shipped in 5 days I really needed this item so I waited for it daily and was told by my bank that money got deposited back on my account that's how I found out not order was never coming (3 weeks later)They never emailed me ever and told me that my order got cancelled. My order got cancelled due to so-called security issues but what it really was is they did not want to ship I order that only cost a$1.49 because I used a $2 coupon. I would have gladly paid the $2 just to get my Item. This happens all the time here if you do not want to accept coupons do not accept coupons. Do not make people wait for things that they really need and think they're going to get and then it never comes. And you don't even have the common decency to email me or tell me. I don't know how you're still in business this is horrible now I have to wait 3 or 4 weeks to order it somewhere else. I have never been more angry in my whole life. I have over 19,000 orders on eBay and multiple hundreds of orders on Amazon I have never had a shopping experience like this. I'm starting to think that you aren't even a real company real companies do not behave this way, they tell you if it gets canceled you guys just didn't want to ship something it was only a$1.49 get out of business. I talked to a so-called manager there was no security issue I verified my phone number I verify my email address I was on a laptop computer it don't get no more secure than that. That's bullcrap. Liars! Eva so called manger who offered no solution! What you should have done was sent my order back to me immediately for the same 1.49 or better yet for free Beings if that's what cost me to wait for the order anyway. Just take the coupon off because you don't want to honor them.if you're wondering too order from this place, if you need an item, do not expect to get it from this company, it even told that it is canceled, they will tell you it will be shipped in 5 days. Liers! Do not order from here they are dishonest and do not take responsibility and they don't care if you were waiting for your item they could care less. I spoke with the so-called manager Eva, do not quit your day job! You guys are horrible get out of business. EBay rocks you got suck! Horrible horrible horrible never again no one else order here either if you want your item
