Countless emails with the same response back... send the dresses back... if factory make them wrong we refund you. No matter what I write they respond the same.
Here is my stance... I have the dresses, I have the seamstress sizes documented, I have the company size chart, therefore I hold the cards.
If I send the dresses back, the factory will say that the dresses were made correctly and I have no recourse.
My reply is that they refund my money, then I will return the dresses. I have sent a dispute through my credit card. I will continue to share their Facebook advertisement and warn others. We need legal help!

With few exceptions, this site has correctly assessed via customer review what I am also dealing with. My response to return two dresses came this morning... I was offered more material, for free. I took the two dresses to a seamstress to be sure the measurements were correct. None of the measured sizes were correct to the size chart and the dresses, size 8 were not the same for each dress. Is there some way we can bring a class action suit and get our money back?
