Tried to change over to Pop. Was never given customer number or date of swap over date. Paid for modem delivery but they didn't send it after text saying problems with outreach. We decided to cancel stay with our provider. We then noticed they took a first payment out our bank it's a joke.
We was told they will send a cheque to repay the router an first payment back. In twenty eight days.
Please be aware there a two bit company that's had there family an friends rate them to get reviews.
They actually no idea how to run customer services.
