We were leasing our 4th vehicle from Kingston Nissan and were very pleased with the vehicles and customer service each time. This last experience however, was more than disappointing. I traded in my 2012 Nissan Rogue for a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. I love the car. I was told that my old lease which was up was paid in full. However a month after the deal I received a notice saying I still owed the last payment and if I didn't pay it I would be sent to collection. I sent letters to Kingston Nissan and received no response, and to Nissan Motors and received a response saying that I would have to pay it. I paid it, however when this lease is up, I will be going to another company for my next vehicle and never dealing with Kingston Nissan again.
