Like everyone else we bought tickets to a concert that was canceled we were given a voucher. When I tried to redeem the voucher it says invalid. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times. I either wait on hold forever or when I do speak to someone I am told they don't deal with vouchers I need to email. Once I got a man who assured me that even though the "vouchers" were about to expire they plan to honor all the vouchers regardless of the date. I filed a complaint with the BBB and all they did was lie and say that I needed to contact the ticket seller and that they weren't the ticket seller! TOTAL LIE! They are the same company just a different department! I agree with the others who say we need to bring a class action suit against this company. Total rip off! So now I got nothing! My husband bought me these tickets for a Valentine's Day gift 2020!
