“Un reliable, waste of money”

Signed up and bought season one of Bless this Mess, doesn't seem to want to connect via my smart TV and high speed internet, although when I tried to log in via phone it played right away and my smart tv said another device is viewing. But still wont connect when on own, keeps saying error. If your business is not reliable dont charge people money!
