Had the worst experience dealing with this company. Received two bobble heads that looks nothing like the pictures I send through. Read the terms and conditions after the fact, and it states, they do not guarantee resemblance. What a waste of money and so disappointing, my niece and nephew would have loved little statues of themselves for Christmas..
