This guy Steve it feels like his business is a front. I placed an order in Nov of 2020 and have yet to receive it. He answered my first call and told me a story about how he'll mail out a partial order but due to COVID the manufacturer was behind on the Crockpot but it should be out within the next week or so. Well after that call nothing. I sent several emails and made numerous phone calls to no avail. He stopped responding to everything. Then out of the blue he responded to one email with a tracking number but when I checked it with USPS it said the label had been created but the item had not been received. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and opened a case and all of a sudden I was getting updates on my tracking number from USPS. When the items arrived the sauce was leaking and the hat was not the one pictured that I paid for and I noticed he then removed from his website and placed his Crockpot out of stock. I've asked for a return address from the BBB to return the hat and a refund of my order to cut ties with the company, I've also sent that information to Kingdomsanta but they have not responded. You'd think they would want to cut ties with me since they can't fulfill their end. As of today the hat is available on FOCO and I checked Kingdomsanta and they've placed it back in their inventory as well but have not responded to me. They hat they sent to me has a return address to a Hobby Lobby store, the address on their website is listed in Las Vegas and the address on the BBB is a UPS store. They should be shut down for fraudulent activity!
