They say they are trying to get in contact.
Time ticks. No word.
I contacted the restaurant myself and found they were having issues with the SKIP app.
SKIP support takes so long to get back, it is now after SKIP hours. Too bad for you.
The restaurant tried to help. OFFERED to restart the app just for me, so I could place the order again.

I've now been charged for 2 orders on SKIP and now I'm annoyed.
Tech is not your thing I get it.

- May I speak to a supervisor?
- Can you provide me with a reference number in terms of this issue?
- Am I speaking with a supervisor?
- Can you confirm my e-mail address?
- Is a $5 credit fair?
2. Sends a refund in the form of a credit without contacting me, even though I am on live chat support asking!
3. CREDIT ME FOR the incorrect amount
4. DO NOT HAVE MY CONSENT to refund my card.
4. CUT AND PASTE a repeat response
5. INDIRECT ANSWER, deviating from a direct question AGAIN.
