This is the worst website I have come across. When I was paying for the product they spoke English and now they speak only Chinese. They sent me a dress: wrong color, texture, and size and it took them 1 month to deliver and I have been trying to get my refund for a month now and still they claim not to understand me and have an automated message in chinese asking what I will like to order and another in English that tells me to order and they will make the stuff for me. I have written in both chinese and English about 15 different times that I need my refund and they have not given to me. DO NOT ORDER from them or you might regret it and the dress was not cheap that I ordered.

For your future reference, please immediately file a dispute if you have any issues with the items that you've received for your protection.
