My internet and phone service went down Sunday, July 15,2018, and I called Spectrum and was told that a repair tech would come out on Monday, July 16; they never showed up. I called and another appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, July 17 and again the repair tech was a no-show. Well, the same thing happened on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the repair tech did not show. I guess I will have to wait to see if the tech repair comes on Saturday, July 21,2018 and Sunday, July 22,2018.
Even worst, the repair techs closed the tickets from Monday through Friday, and said they did the job. I could not believe how dishonest these people are.
I called customer service to find out what happened and the only information from Customer Service is "We can escalate" the ticket to dispatch and someone should call me back. Again, they lied! No one ever showed and dispatch never contacted me. Looking back I feel bad that I complained about Time Warner Cable. They were absolutely *******xs better than Spectrum.
Please AVOID this company if possible. I'm going to wait for the tech to show and have everything fixed and than I'm cutting the service off. I have already filed an FCC Claim on them because they still billing me, and plus they have a certain time frame to repair services.
